"Strong Women Stay Young" By Miriam E, Nelson.
When I found I had COPD I discovered that I needed strength training to
survive. Unfortunately I had never been any where near athletic and no idea
of strength exercises. I saw this in my local library and thought "Well, I am
so weak, I might as well have a look." To my surprise the book was just the
thing. It starts with real baby steps, just what a new COPD patient requires
and developed from there. T so encouraged me that I ended up joining the
YMCA. Amazing!
